In her new role with Penn State Outreach, Lori will provide leadership and management for Outreach's human resource development programs. She will also be responsible for design, needs assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of organizational and professional development programs, diversity awareness and training initiatives and educational program evaluation studies.

Amy's responsibility is to collaborate with and provide expertise to the Outreach Professional Development unit and extension faculty and staff to develop and coordinate effective programming for Outreach employees. Other responsibilities include initiating, coordinating, and overseeing online registration processes and web development initiatives.

Mary Ann's main responsibilities are to assist with coordination and organization of professional development programs and initiatives for Outreach personnel. Other responsibilities include maintaining the Outreach Professional Development web site and various databases, coordinating training schedules with faculty and administration team members, along with processing program registration and evaluation.
